Sleep hard
I’ve read that dreams are more vivid and easier to recall after a short period of interruption. I’m going to try to increase the effectiveness of my rem sleep by setting an alarm for 1:45 in the morning. I usually go to bed around 9:30 and wake up at 5:40. I will write more posts as my experiment progresses. It would be really interesting if my body started waking itself at 1:45 on it’s own, despite only having had four hours of sleep.
